Unlike most homes in the mountains, this home features air conditioning. But of course, you can step onto the covered terrace to enjoy the crisp mountain air—an ideal spot to relax and take in the stunning surroundings. Five guests can comfortably sit and enjoy the terrace.
Upper Level:
The upper level features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the unique features of the property is that every bedroom has a thermostat to control the heat in each individual room, so guests can obtain that perfect temperature. The primary master suite has its own air conditioner unit for the warmer months. Escape to the master bedroom to watch your favorite movie on the 55 inch LED smart TV by the warmth of the gas fireplace. Enjoy a restful night’s sleep in the brand-new king sized bed, and wake up in the morning to the serene view of trees from the bed. The private en-suite bathroom has double sinks and a large, walk-in shower.

The ground level of the townhome features a 2 car, heated garage, as well as a junior master suite with private bathroom. The bedroom features a king sized bed, 55 inch LED smart TV, and a private bathroom with a walk in shower. There is an additional covered patio and powder bath as well.

Beautiful, clean new construction three level home with hot tub and beautiful Mountain Views. Perfect cozy vibes with comfortable beds and soft linens. wonderful for a 10 person family weekend away. A short walk to the town in keystone with many cute shops. Also has a couple small playgrounds nearby which was convenient for our kids (4yo and 2yo). Had decent amount of kitchen supplies to cook for a large group. Easy access to outdoor activities such as biking, hiking and water sports. Property manager has an office nearby if any needs arise.
Very easy to contact host with questions/issues. The rooms were large and well decorated. Everything looked brand new. Kitchen was well stocked and very large. The fridge ice and water did not work so we had a few visits from the repair guy but he had to order a part. He brought ice trays so we could make our own. Heating was radiant floor so it took quite a while (hours) to get warm and had to resort to space heaters downstairs. The entryway was set to 80 but never got above 50* in two days. The location was Great! It was super close to the village for shopping and dining which was really nice!

We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.
VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance.
