Stay is as pictured. Good location, good AC, and everything you could need for a family stay if that’s what you’re looking for! Would recommend and would stay again.
communication was very easy, loved that. the photos did not do the house justice! it’s really cute inside. comfortable beds! the pull out sofa did not have a mattress, but it was great nonetheless.
Lovely home! Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, and options for outdoor space was appreciated. Communication with the host was excellent, all questions were answered promptly!
The master bedroom, bed was comfortable with nice sheets. Nice big backyard. The house could use a refresh and it was a little dirty I.e carpets could use a deep clean, the common area couches all had dog stains on them. Great location otherwise.
The bedrooms were spotless and the Wi-fi connection and the AC system excellent. We found the house to be both 'charming' and extremely comfortable. Being within easy walking distance the restaurants, shops and galleries of Bishop Arts was a huge plus.
Everything was great, clean, and nice little extras like candles to use during dinner with wine glasses also available. We’ve stayed at this property before and look forward to staying here for all of our Dallas trips! Friendly, quiet neighborhood also. The first night we were there, we tried to push a trailer up the driveway, were having trouble, and a neighbor walking by helped.
We absolutely loved every bit of our stay in this charming mid-century pad in the heart of Bishops Art district. The house was very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed for a quick weekend getaway. The host couldn’t have been more thoughtful and accommodating even with our late arrival he made sure we had everything we needed, responding with lightning speed to any inquiries or requests. Will definitely return reserve this place whenever am back in Dallas next.
House was in a great location, perfect layout and so cute. Host was wonderful to work with and very responsive but house was a little dirty. Would stay there again.
We had no real issues other than the cleanliness. We found a used tissue and hair in one of the bed sheets. There was no extra fitted sheets we could find to replace the used ones. Air conditioning worked well. Location was great and the host was an easy contact.
Great location in the Bishop arts District, easy walking to great restaurants and shopping. Great communication with David who was super responsive. Very comfortable living space.

Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay and I would not recommend this property. When we arrived, the TV was already damaged. I reported it to the host immediately, but what was very concerning is that the host had been at the property before our check-in and never mentioned anything about the damaged TV.The biggest issue was cleanliness and safety. One of the beds had bed bugs, and one of my guests ended up with bites/rashes on a large part of his body. This made the stay extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. In addition, several lights in the house were not working, which also affected the overall experience. For the amount paid, this property did not meet the expected standard. The issues were serious, especially the bed bugs, and I feel the property should be reviewed before being rented to future guests.

Mateo, I'm sorry a member of your party got a rash during your trip to Dallas. I can assure you this was not from bedbugs or something in the house. There are many ticks, fleas, mosquitos, poison ivy, etc. in Dallas during the summer
I have regular treatments and have never received such a complaint - I have yet to see any evidence of the bedbugs you claim to have been bitten by.
I apologize for the television. It was broken by the previous guest and I did not test it before you checked in - the damage is not visible so I did not notice.
What we loved is the location. And the king bed was super comfy. We love the living area and the porch swing. The house felt cozy and even our doodle was happy. Thank you for the complimentary coffee! Nice touch. What we didn't love was the House needs some attention. The dishwasher was full of dishes and we could not decide whether they were clean or dirty. And the grass was really tall in back yard and was unkempt. The upstairs was difficult to cool off so maybe consider some work there. Would we stay here again? Probably so. Our family loves to gather and this was centrally located and has the potential to be a five star place!
I was very skeptical at staying here due to some of the reviews after I booked regarding how it was not very clean. When we got here the house was clean. I was glad about that. The inside of the house was nice. Could use a little improvements, lots of tiles cracking and you could feel the sinking in on those spots. We only utilized the downstairs area so I can’t speak for upstairs. I was very disappointed at the front and back yard. This was advertised as good for pets. The front yard was very over grown that you couldn’t even sit on the front porch because the view was blocked by overgrown bushes. The back yard was so over grown that I did not want to let my dog off leash due to the tall grass. Very disappointing. The outside did not look like the pictures at all.
