This lovely four-bedroom, three-bathroom home features a family-friendly layout, a fully equipped kitchen, a bubbling hot tub, and a recently updated 6-passenger golf cart. Whether you’re unwinding in the hot tub, enjoying the nearby beaches, or exploring nearby shopping and entertainment, this home offers the utmost in comfort and convenience.

Designed with comfort in mind, our cozy living area offers plush furnishings, an oversized sectional sofa, and a large SmartTV. The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and is equipped with all the cookware and dinnerware needed to prepare a gourmet meal. And with two dining areas, as well as bar seating in the kitchen, there’s room for everyone to enjoy. For your convenience, the laundry room is equipped with a modern washer and dryer and connects to a private two car garage.

The primary bedroom features a luxurious king bed, walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom complete with a double vanity, freestanding tub, and fog-glass shower. The first guest bedroom features a king bed and walk-in closet, while the second guest bedroom offers a queen bed and walk-in closet. The fourth bedroom is perfect for families or friends, featuring two full-over-queen bunk beds and convenience to a hallway bathroom with tub/shower combination.

Step outside and enjoy your own private retreat. The covered back patio features a six-person hot tub that can be heated upon request, offering a perfect way to unwind after a day in the sun. Beyond the patio, the backyard is ideal for outdoor enjoyment, with pool chairs, an umbrella table, a brand new charcoal grill, and a fire pit.

We had a wonderful time at the VRBO! It was so close to the beach and was in such a nice neighborhood. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking to travel to Miramar Beach.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this property. The house was clean and in a safe neighborhood. In walking distance to the beach. The host made it easy to communicate with. I would definitely would recommend.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As described in the listing. It was clean and everything worked well. Had an issue with the outlet in the garage for golf cart charger but was taken care of within 24 hours. AC was limited to only 75 degrees so everyone thought it was a little warm in the house. Short distance to the beach and you have to park on the side of street across from beach and walk to the gate, kind of annoying if you are use to being very close to the beach. Would we stay there again, yes (maybe) Do you want to pay extra for the golf cart and hot tub is the question
