Casa de Chicago in Schaumburg!

The home is a fully remodeled cozy townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The first bedroom is a master suite with a king size bed, second bedroom has a queen bed and the third room has a bunk bed that the kids love. The neighborhood has a kids playground, walking trail and plenty of greenery. We are about 10-15 minutes away from the most famous Woodfield mall and Schaumburg city center. Very close to many corporate offices. 3 minutes away from Target, Jewel Osco and many restaurants.

The neighborhood is very safe, green and friendly. All ten neighbors are very welcoming. The walking and biking trail runs all around the neighborhood with a lot of greenery. There is a park right outside the door with a children’s playground. It’s also very close to shopping and restaurants.

What makes this property unique

The high ceilings with a sun roof makes the property spacious and bright, the main living space has windows on all three sides being a corner unit. It is fully remodeled and provides a perfect stay for families.
