Smoking is prohibited inside of the home, Please notify us right away of any damages or concerns. There is $150 pet fee. Pets are not allowed to use the bathroom on the turf. Please pick up after our furry friends or there will be additional cleaning fees if we have to clean up after them. Thank you! This property allows 3 car parking ( single vehicle parking in the garage and 2 vehicle parking in the drive way) *****THERE IS A $25.00 A NIGHT FEE TO HEAT THE POOL, PLEASE LET US KNOW PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE IF YOU CHOOSE TO ENJOY THE HEATED POOL SO THAT WE CAN HAVE IT PRE HEATED FOR YOU.
