This condo is located in sunny Phoenix, Arizona within about 5 miles of the PHX airport, ASU, Old Town Scottsdale, and downtown. With 1 beautiful bedroom featuring a queen bed, guests can enjoy a pleasant stay. Whether you want to see one of the numerous local attractions such as the Phoenix Art Museum, Spring training baseball, the Desert Botanical Gardens, hike Camelback Mountain, enjoy year-round golfing, take a hot air balloon ride or just enjoy a week of quiet relaxation in the beautiful desert. This is the perfect get away retreat. Please note, there currently is not WiFi at the condo. Also the pool is unheated. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our condo. *Note: pool and hottub currently under resurfacing project to be completed sometime in April, 2026.*

Parking is allowed in any of the uncovered parking spots.

Deborah was a friendly and responsive host and the place was comfortable. It was well located for my needs and I enjoyed going to nearby Papago Park multiple times. Deborah was accommodating with my changing plans and extended my stay without issue.Initially when booking, I didn't notice there wasn't Wi-Fi at the rental, but the host informed me of this shortly after making the booking and offered to cancel the stay when I expressed concern. I decided to stay and the lack of Internet ended up being nice in that I couldn't bring my work home with me!I was comfortable overall, the only things worth noting:The bathroom (toilet area in particular) is pretty tight so a big/tall person may not like that.There was always a parking spot available, but some days I had to park a little further from the unit. That said, it's a small condo complex so it was never too far, just not right at the door.Overall, I recommend and would certainly stay again!

Initially, it started with false advertising which she knew was purposely misleading. She advertises a computer station is one of her pictures and even write smart TV by definition of smart TV even though it needs Internet after reserving it and it’s not clear I got a message from VRBO so she will let you know the Wi-Fi password once I get there. I ask her she’s like oh I don’t have Wi-Fi her response after that was Almost excused or like the neighbor downstairs doesn’t have it either. I said I said well I’m not there half the year so it saves money she was using not even regular cable TV I mean smart TV. It was just like generic cable not very good at all not many channels. It’s very disappointing. She was trying to give me ideas of how I should get Internet instead of trying to set it up. Long story short the way she answered you could tell that she was purposely deceiving on it after that, she became upset and kind of kind of pushy I had to involve the RBO which it ended giving me one complimentary night. She then complained that I use some of my one key cash on the place. I asked her if if we extended, if she could lower the rate since the rate was pretty high as what you’d expect with someone with Internet, she said no I didn’t extend upon leaving the day I left. I was a little bit late. I worked night shift the cleaning crew came. They said no problem we can we can wait. Never heard a knock on the door then I get some messages from her saying because I’m on the property

I love the closeness this condo offers to the Phoenix Sky Harbor airport. It’s also very handy to drive in any direction in the valley since it is conveniently located near the 202 and 101.
