I did not stay w you. You cancelled my stay while I was on my flight to Puerto Rico. When I arrived to Puerto Rico I had no one to contact, everything is automated. Worst! no place to stay and no money to get a new room. I called my cc ( third party lender) so I can get credit for a new room and I was told until ( you) vrbo cancelled on their end I still own the money. It was the worst feeling to not have a place to go lay your head to… worst experience

Hi Susan, we’re truly sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately, reservations are automatically canceled by the system if payment is not completed. In this case, the payment could not be processed, and as a result, the booking was automatically canceled.
Our team sent multiple messages as soon as the issue appeared—beginning two days before the scheduled check-in—and also attempted to reach you by phone, but we were unable to make contact.
We completely understand how stressful it must have felt to arrive without confirmed accommodations, and we regret the inconvenience this caused you. Please know that in order for a reservation to remain active, full payment must be successfully processed before arrival.
