Charming remodeled 1 bedroom/1 bath on second floor (no elevator) of a colonial house (over 200 years!) on Sol street. a quiet residential street of OSJ. We live downstairs. High ceilings. Lots of light. Kitchen equipped, gas stove and large refrigerator. Hi-speed internet (optic fiber). Two private balconies overlooking Sol st. With 17 solar panels and two Tesla batteries no worries about power outages! Water cistern on roof. Walking distance to everywhere in OSJ. You will love it!

Miguel is the mastermind behind the interior decoration of the rentals and is in charge of maintaining the lush gardens. Plus, he has great stories from his hippie years in Puerto Rico. Lourdes is a retired French and Humanities professor, and your direct contact during your booking and stay.

We decided to retire in Old San Juan, by investing in this old colonial building with the idea to host travelers on our second floor. We love the old city lifestyle! You'll see the beauty and uniqueness of this place. San Juan has a vivid community, dense history and is walking distance to a variety of cafes, restaurants and cultural events.

Also we enjoy conserving part of Puerto Rico's architectural history by taking care of such a lovely colonial building, in Sol Street, one of the few residential areas in OSJ.
