Fine house, terrible communication

The house is spacious with lots of comfortable spaces for a group or large family. It is far from the community amenities and is very close to the main exit and community trash. This makes it less than ideal if your goal is convenience or privacy. We had a deeply frustrating experience due to the property management company’s poor communication. Before our trip, they evaded basic questions and gave conflicting information. During the stay, we were shuffled between incorrect contacts and only learned after arrival that the sauna—one of the main reasons we booked—was known to be non-functional. A representative admitted the issue and promised a partial refund, but after we checked out, the company stopped responding entirely. Unreliable, unprofessional, and ultimately dishonest. I cannot recommend booking with this management company.
