Charming 3-bedroom house with Private Pool and Hot Tub.

3 bedroom private home with pool and Hot Tub in NW Gainesville, ideal for small families and groups. Great location in town to many activities. Fenced in backyard in case you have a dog.

Our single family house is located in NW Gainesville, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with pool and small deck. There is a master bedroom (with king sized mattress) and two guest bedrooms (one king and one queen sized mattress).

Fully kitchen and small dining room. We have a single carport while you stay with bright outdoor flood lights and more driveway room for your family.

We have HD flat screen tvs in all the rooms and living room with the fastest internet package available. Several streaming TV services are included with your stay.

We have a fenced in backyard for any of our hosts with furry pets.

You'll have access to the entire house and backyard pool area.

Upon guest request, we also have a child travel kit which includes high chair, pack and play crib, children books, and child safe dinnerware. Please ask us before arriving if needed.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The inside was super clean and the location was great. We were here for graduation weekend and it was a really nice place and 10 minutes from UF campus. Would definitely stay here again.

This is an adorable, updated home in a very quiet neighborhood. We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday and felt very comfortable and at home in the space!
