We loved the proximity to the stadium, it made for a nice walk to the game. The backyard didnt aapear to be FULLY fenced but a dog woth good recall would be fine. The house is located on a busier road so some traffic noise can be hear from inside the home at night. Clean, safe, and enjoyable.

Perfect mix of privacy and convenience

As a group that intended to spend a few days exploring downtown Gainesville, this location provided exactly what we were looking for, especially because we had our own vehicles for transportation. Had we tried to walk to or from downtown or any other conveniences, it would have been tedious and dangerous, especially at night. But the commute to and from everywhere we wanted to go was short and easy, and the house itself provided a very comfortable place to relax between outings.
