Thank you for choosing to stay at Matapalo 503 in Tamarindo. This nice condo building is located in the heart of Tamarindo, within walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. There is 24 hour security service on site, free parking, nice grounds, and a beautiful shared lagoon pool. Unit 503 is a 2 BDR on the 5th floor, nicely furnished and fully equipped with a balcony and ocean view. Ideal for fmailies and couples.

Condo was exactly as pictured, spacious and clean. Welcome gifts of coffee, wine, and fresh bread were a very nice treat. Large pool was a favorite for my family. Location was perfect, right across the street from beach through Diria hotel. Right downtown and walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. Wonderful vacation! Would definitely recommend!

Great property and unit. Location was right where we wanted to stay. The property has an affiliation with the Tamarindo Diria hotel across the street, which has a great beach and nearby restaurants.

AMAZING 💯

This was our first time to Costa Rica & we chose this unit b/c it had the biggest pool available for our 3 kiddos. The condo, pool & location all over delivered. We had such a great time during our stay. The size of the condo also exceeded expectations giving our family of 5 plenty of room to spread out & relax after the pool/beach time.

Fantastic location! The unit was perfect—well stocked, comfortable, and included beach towels. The welcome basket and mid-week housekeeping were great extras. Loved the spacious balcony, walkable location, great pool, and excellent host communication. Highly recommend!

Great value and listing was very accurate. View over the pool and ocean was great - we really enjoyed the balcony with the fan on, even when it was too hot to be comfortable outside on the ground level. Well equipped kitchen. Easy pool access & also access to pool/facilities across the main road which was great for being closer to the beach. Parking area is gated w/ a guard at the gate; easy coming and going with resort bracelets that open the gate. Walkable to groceries, beach clubs, bars/restaurants, shops. We would very gladly stay again.Some things to note for planning purposes - AC worked well although would auto shut off every 8-12 hours or so and need to be turned back on and the thermostat is not the most intuitive. Typical resort culture of people claiming chairs poolside with towels in early AM so be prepared to get up early if you need a chair, although the pool itself has quite a lot of shade outside of the 10a-2p hours.
