Lake Breeze Cottage Walk to GOTL Strip! Unit A 1 King 2 Queen Bedrooms!

Located in Geneva on the lake, this house is a dream. We are a 2 minute walk away from the strip. Close enough to enjoy the entertainment but far enough to relax as well. With 3 bedrooms including 1 King bed and 2 Queen beds, guests will have a comfortable stay. Enjoy amenities like WiFi, Heating, and AC. The bathroom has paper supply, shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as towels. The Kitchen is stocked with dishes, cookware, toaster, Microwave and a Drip Coffee Maker (We have Powdered Creamer and Coffee if you forget yours!). We look forward to welcoming you to our place!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash any dishes or pans that were used and place back in the cabinets. Please also make sure the coffee pot is cleaned out and grounds are thrown out if it was used.
Turn off all lights. Please turn mini splits off when checking out.
Please collect all trash and put it in the garbage can in front of the house. Please put any used towels in the bathtub. All sheets can be put on the floor of the bedrooms that are used. Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please be considerate of noise, this is a 2 unit home so the other side may be rented out the same time you are renting.
Please treat with care and respect. Please leave spaces as they were found.
NO PARTIES! Please party on the GOTL strip to avoid damage fees, thank you!

Our stay was absolutely fabulous and the host thought of every little detail. There were multiple plugs on the night stands, a large coffee pot, spacious living areas, comfortable beds with extra blankets, and everything was very clean. One huge advantage was each bedroom had their own split unit (air conditioner) so everyone was comfortable with their own temperature preference. The location was perfect and close to the strip. We hope to return to this property again soon. The host was also very responsive.

Short walk to the strip

Conveniently located to the main drag, this 3 bedroom house was well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the living space open and had sufficient seating for 3 adults. Cleanliness score would have been higher if the coffee pot was clean, there were fewer dust bunnies under the bed, and if the bed was made with a top sheet. (Not sure how frequently the comforters are washed, so would have liked a sheet between me and it.)

Hi Tina, I apologize for the top sheet not being on one of the beds and for the coffee pot not being clean. We wash our comforters as well as the sheets. I will address this with our cleaner to make sure this doesn't happen again. We strive for 100% cleanliness as well as 5/5 ratings so this will definitely be addressed. I apologize once again.

We chose this home because of how close it is to the GOTL strip. It is a 2 minute walk to all the fun and entertainment.

What makes this property unique

Most places close to the strip are small cottages, ours is a duplex in which both sides can be rented out separately or it can be rented as an entire home!
