We came to Hawaii to celebrate a retirement. Booking with Helena was easy and we had great communication before and during our stay. Helena’s condo was very clean and well equipped. Couldn’t beat the location.

This is in a great location on North Shore. The host was very responsive. Unit had everything we needed. It is an older unit but everything was clean with some areas updated.

The host was great and the location was wonderful. You cannot beat a condo on the north shore!! And so many fun things to do on the Turtle Bay property!! The condo itself was a bit dated and very sparse on supplies (for example: one kitchen towel, one roll of paper towels, no sugar for coffee and I didn't see any extra blankets). You can tell things are older (washing machine didn't wash well, dishwasher top rack came off the tracks easily, slider doors in master could barely open/close). The kitchen and master shower are very small. You can't have 2 people in the kitchen at the same time. None of these things were a big deal but when you combine them all it's hard to give a 5 star review given what we paid. It was a good home base for us and we spent very little time in the condo given the beautiful surroundings. With a young family we do like to make dinner and some breakfasts "at home" and that was when this rental fell a little short for us. With a little updating and attention to smaller details, inside the home, this place could be top notch!!
