Host was wonderful. The house is amazing. Beautiful furnishings, immaculate, and they have thought of EVERYTHING. Kitchen was one of the best we have cooked in. All new appliances and was stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the firepit (great seating, easy to light), and the hot tub (perfect temp, super clean). We will undoubtedly be back !!

Really cute house! We had a girls’ weekend and it was perfect for our needs. Everything was clean and in great shape. The house is very well supplied and the outdoor areas are great. We are planning to return. I will mention a few things:Bunk beds—we had two women sleep in the bunk bed room the first night. They said the bed was rickety and very loud if you moved at all while sleeping. They did not sleep very well because there was so much noise from the bed when they each shifted. I would definitely not plan for four people to be able to sleep in there—it’s a small room and I would be surprised if four people could comfortably sleep there, even though it is technically two double beds. After the first night we had two people share the king bed in the master and only one person in the bunk bed room so everyone could get a good night’s sleep. Parking—we had four cars and were able to get them into the parking area in the backyard with a little maneuvering. There is no street parking. If you have big cars or more than four, you will want to come up with a parking plan. Getting around—Waco is a mixed bag when it comes to safer areas. We walked from the house to a diner that was about 3/4 mile away and I would not recommend walking around the area where the house is. I didn’t feel unsafe at the house but there were some sketchy areas nearby. Just drive to get places—if you want a nice walk, go to Cameron Park or Baylor. Overall, great place and would recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at the Flourish House! The house was equipped with everything we needed and all the extras were very nice. It was a comfortable stay for 7 girls and the restaurants/bars we went to were very close. Thank you for a great weekend!!
