The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Strip sheets/pillowcases on beds that were used and leave in the hamper.
Leave dirty towels in the hamper if they can’t be washed ahead of time.
Put all games, toys, other misc items back where they were upon arrival.
Wash all dishes or load & start the dishwasher.
Make sure all trash is BAGGED, not leaking, and put in black trash barrels
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

It's such a unique property to have access to both the river, the private beach and have the pool oasis, while also being close to some good nightlife and restaurants. When the property was listed, we went right at it!
