Frequently asked questions
About the host
Hosted by scott dixon

My great grandfather had this home built in 1924 as a seasonal vacation home. It largely stayed in that condition, with minor improvements over the years, until 2015 when I embarked upon a major renovation. I inherited the property in 2006 and will try to keep it in the family for years to come.
Why they chose this property
Incredible location right on the water on a quiet section of Ocean Street, yet still walkable to the village restaurants, grocery store, fish store, liquor store and church.
What makes this property unique
Rocky shore in front insures a level of privacy, yet sandy beaches are a short walk away.
