Brand new 800 square foot detached guest house at top of the mountain

Guest house seperate from main property. This 800 sq. ft. home is at the very top of surrounding homes and is backed up to the overlook trail with great views of fountain park and fountain. Just a 10 minute trail hike to fountain park. It also has Panoramic views of four peaks and surrounding mountains. Just built in 2025, fully furnished, with all new appliances, washer dryer etc. Utilities and wi fi included. Minimum 30 day stay.

Beautiful place to stay!

Excellent communication! Absolutely stunning property inside and out! Everything you need to enjoy your stay. Lots of dishes, comfortable beds, super soft towels!! Pool, hot tub and view stunning and warm! A great place to stay!

Fantastic hillside retreat

We had a wonderful stay in this special home. Very roomy, with gorgeous views, a wonderful backyard space with hot tub and easy access to a terrific hiking trail to the fountain. Would definitely stay here again. Walt was a wonderful, responsive host.

Much more than a slice of Heaven

The location of this property was perfect. Located at the highest point, you had unobstructed views of the mountain range and located within feet of the Lake View Trail which abutted the rear property line that takes you into Fountain Park. The interior of the home was appropriate beautifully form the finishes, furnishings and personal touches. This home is perfect for two couples traveling together of a family of four. Each bedroom had it’s own on suite while the smaller of the two even had its own kitchenette. The large sliding door walls allowed for cool evening and morning breezes and the feeling of unobstructed outdoor living. Log into to the Sonos system and fill the house with music in every room and patio. Outside, the small yard was appropriate in size for a competitive game of cornhole. On cooler nights a welcoming dip in the hot tub was well worth it especially after a day hiking trip up Camel Back Mountain. The swimming pool was spotless and kept pristine. Walt, the owner, was the perfect host. He was easy to get ahold by text or phone to answer your questions or request to kick on the hot tub or pool waterfalls for ambient background sound. We are looking forward to our next visit and recommend this location whole heartedly.
