6 Sunset Island Drive 4A is waiting for you in one Ocean City's favorite beach communities, Sunset Island on 67th St. The Master Bedroom provides a King bed, Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, and Bedroom 3 offers a Queen bed w/Twin Trundle. Travel lighter with our Free Linen & Towel Package that is included and delivered on arrival day.  Also, a Beach Cart & Beach Chairs are available for use during your stay and an outside shower is found at the building to rinse off those sandy beach toes!  Contact free check-in and Keyless entry for your convenience. No stopping to pick up keys...you will go directly to the condo.

Sunset Island, a 37-acre private community on 67th Street with fun for the whole family...Indoor & Outdoor Pools, Kiddie Pool, Interactive Splash Fountains,  Bayfront Dining, Tiki Bar, Fitness Center, General Store, Walking & Bike Path, Fishing & Crabbing Pier & Bayfront Beaches. Guests who've stayed in Sunset Island come back year after year!

Sunset Island Registration Fee:  Included when booking, this fee is required and provides you 6 facility passes & 2 parking passes**.  No passes are needed for ages 3 & under.  **Additional facility passes are $75 per pass and may be purchased directly once arriving in Sunset Island.  

Ocean City Resort Rentals does not allow group rentals. This family rental requires the primary renter to be at least 25.  ID is required to check-in.  Online bookings of group rentals will not be honored.  No high school groups or Bachelor/Bachelorette groups.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
~ Bag up Linens & Towels that were delivered for your stay and place inside near front door, Do Not include any other items that belong to the property owner
~ Empty dishwasher & put clean dishes away
~ Please leave lanyards with amenity passes on kitchen counter. Sunset Island recycles the parking passes...you can leave them in unit and we will return them to the office. ~ Have a safe trip home!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
