Wonderful property and equipped with everything you need. Just pack your suitcase and a beach chair and you're all set! The owner was amazing to work with and provided all information needed to make parking registration a breeze!

Condo was lovely and just as pictured. Everything was very clean and there were supplies available to keep it that way during your stay (which I appreciate) The host made sure we had all the parking info sent before we arrived, so registration was quick. The building had lots of amenities -arcade, indoor pool and a movie theater. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable and location is great. The view was beautiful, unfortunately we could not really take advantage of the outside because of the Nor'easter, but we still wound up having a great time in this condo and at the Sea Watch. The hosts checked in on us after the storm, which was very nice and appreciated, would definitwly recommend staying at this condo.

Great communication from the host. Place could have been cleaner especially the bathrooms. Floors under furniture look like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. Other than that good location for our needs. I must say I’ve never rented a place which required the RENTER to wash the linens and towels before I left but the other option was to bring my own so it was a wash.

My family had an excellent week staying here. The amenities were great. My kids enjoyed the pools, movie theater, pool table, and ice cream shop right in the building! The condo was clean and well kept. The owner was very attentive to anything we needed. Best of all, it was a super short walk to the beach!

The Sea Watch is a great building great location and so many amenities.Its great for kids so many things to do without even leaving the building.The condo was beautifully decorated and spacious.Beautiful veiws we had everything we needed for a great vacation.

Great Location for OC Family Vacation

The property is one of the best in North Ocean City that we have stayed in. The unit was clean and comfortable, very nicely decorated and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The views from the balcony and master bedroom were amazing. There are many activities at the property. Great communication with the property owner.

Great place to get away.

Very tastefully decorated. Comfortable and homey. Balcony isnt very private but we didnt mind. Good location. Great amenities for families. It is very bright, my only complaint is could use blinds in the master. Owners attentive. My family would stay there again.

At The Beach

We had a lovely stay. Parking was easy, luggage carts were extremely helpful in transferring luggage/beach stuff, elevators were close by, and condo being toward end of the building meant less foot traffic. Condo itself was nicely decorated and being on 12th floor meant great views of the ocean. Wish master bedroom curtains blocked the morning sun. Will stay again.

Allen was great and responded very quickly. The grounds were very nice and family-friendly. The condo needed some updates especially in the bathrooms and balcony. It was a little smaller than the pictures made it seem but overall we enjoyed our stay!

We had a great time with no complaints! Place was exactly as listing described. Very Clean, with everything you would need for your stay. Communication with owner was top notch. All questions answered super quick. The only call out I would say is if you are a light sensitive sleeper, there is no window / sliding door shading in master bedroom so you will know when it's Sunrise :). Would recommend and would definitely stay there again in the future. Thank you!

We loved this property and would definitely stay again. It is updated, clean and with a view of the beach. 2 bathrooms makes a huge difference in OC and this place was perfect! The whole condo building is beautiful too with a garden and fountain in the lobby, an indoor and outdoor pool, a playground, pickleball and basketball courts and an ice cream shop! My kids were obsessed and never wanted to leave. Thank you for a great vacation!
