Why they chose this property
This home is a family heirloom passed down from generation to generation. It was originally owned by our grandfather in the early 1900's when he was a naval officer. We have many happy family memories in this house of watching sunsets, building sand castles and eating marshmallows by the fire.
What makes this property unique
Space, lots of room to relax and enjoy the ocean, the waves, the beach, and at the end of the day the glorious sunset. It's one of the few original single family homes left on Mission Beach amongst a plethora of condos and 3 story mega homes.
