About this property

OCEANFRONT Property, beautiful views overlooking the beach. HUGE PRIVATE DECK!

Oceanfront rental just steps from the beach. Property is located on the beach boardwalk and is designed for 4-6 people. It has a large living room area, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, one king-size bed, one queen-size bed, and an air mattress available if needed. Please note that the bathroom is accessed through the second bedroom (see photos). Spacious private deck with an amazing view of the ocean and boardwalk below. Includes deck furniture and BBQ (propane is provided). Also includes beach towels and chairs for use on the beach. Washer and dryer included. Restaurants, shopping, and other amenities close by.

Parking MAY BE AVAILABLE for an additional fee of $20 per night. If you require a parking spot, please inquire about availability BEFORE submitting a booking request.

Booking requests expire after 24 hours. A rental agreement is required and must be returned BEFORE your booking request will be approved. Please watch for communications from us in order to finalize your reservation. We cannot accept a booking request without a signed rental agreement and ID.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please wash all dishes and return them to the cabinets.
Please ensure all indoor and outdoor furnishings are in their original locations.
Please lock all doors and windows before leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Occupancy must be disclosed at booking. If group is larger than reported, you may lose deposit and be asked to vacate the premises without a refund.
House parties/events NOT permitted without prior written approval. If a party is reported, you may be asked to vacate the premises without a refund.
Copy of driver's license required at booking. Falsification of age will result in loss of deposit and/or having to vacate premises without a refund.

We love this beach retreat! The place is perfect in every way. The owners and managers were very helpful and the big deck overlooking boardwalk and Mission Beach is amazing! Our 3rd stay so far and hoping for many more!

Incredible views of the ocean

We had a fabulous stay! The deck and view cannot be beat. The property is in walking distance to many good eateries and just a rideshare away from many sites and attractions. We’ve stayed here before and hope to return!

Location was fantastic and house was clean. Parking was a pain since the parking for the location had already been reserved. Also bring toiletries, most of the places I had stayed at earlier had soap/shampoo/conditioner but this did not so we had to go buy these items. But there are plenty of places to buy basic groceries and great restaurants as well

Great location

We had a great stay here. Its location is perfect. We walked south to Belmont park one day. Rented bikes and biked North to La Jolla the next. My son loved playing on the beach right out front and I loved the beach equipment in the garage. I’d definitely recommend this property.

Fantastic beach stay

My spouse and I loved staying at this beach property. We loved the huge deck overlooking the ocean and boardwalk, bbq, and gas fire dining table! The property had everything we needed for a 5 day get-away. Big comfy bed and sofa. Thanks for a great stay!

The location is amazing for wave, people and sunset watching! Becky and Teri were very responsive and accommodating! As others have mentioned, the place is a bit dated and could use some upkeep but all in all we really enjoyed our stay!

Great Weekend

Absolutely fantastic space, we rented upstairs and Downstairs, and couldn’t be happier. Second year in a row, and we plan on coming back. Great views, excellent location walking distance too so many things. Highly recommend this place!

Family vacation in SD

Gorgeous view of the ocean from the 2nd floor patio and effortless access to it (at an affordable rate) made this spot a perfect fit for our family trip to San Diego. There’s pretty much all you need within a 15 minute walk (groceries, restaurants, bike rental, bus stops). We took advantage of the beach toys and laundry as well.

Amazing

We had a wonderful stay at Becky's property. You cant get a better view and hangout spot other than the deck here! We spent most of our time sunbathing and people watching. Highly reccomend this place.

Repeat visitors

We loved our stay at this beach rental. This was our second stay and this experience was just as positive as the first. The house was clean and we had no issues using the key pad for entry. The massive deck is a beautiful place to eat breakfast and watch the sunset. The location is fantastic as it’s within walking distance to groceries, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. We definitely recommend staying here and hope to return!
