Lovely place, they've effectively transformed the master room into a small, quaint cabin downstairs, we really enjoyed that space! The wine and chocolate were excellent and muchly appreciated. :)Kitchen was well stocked, though ketchup/mustard/relish/BBQ sauce would have been great for the BBQ. Would love to go back.

When we arrived the apartment was dirty and smelt very musty. The counters were filthy the fridge, stove and dishwasher were filthy and had finger prints and dirt all over the front. There was spilt drinks on the floor along with chips and other items that had not been vacuumed. When we took a paper towel to the floor to wipe up it was black! There was dust on all the furniture and tvs. So much so that we could write our names in it!!! We contacted the company and asked if we could be moved but all of their other units were available. It was extremely dark in the unit with little light and the beds are rock hard! They did come back to re clean the floors and vacuum but the dust was still there. The hot tub was under repair so they did get us passes to go into the Kimberley pool and left flowers as a sorry gesture which was very nice. But all in all because of the amount of dirt we encountered and how old the unit was we did not enjoy our stay. This is for sure not a 9.6 out of 10. I am not sure where those ratings came from. Unless you are super young and don’t care about dirt and comfort avoid at all costs.

While an oversight occurred during the turnover and inspection ahead of your check-in, our team took immediate action the following morning to reclean the floors and surfaces, arranged local pool passes while the hot tub underwent maintenance, and dropped off fresh flowers to apologize for the rough start. We appreciate your candid notes regarding lighting and mattress firmness, as guest comfort preferences vary and your input helps us evaluate future updates to our mountain cabin. Nice location, good bedrooms. Common area is very small and furniture is low and uncomfortable. Air conditioning completely inadequate for hot summer days and evenings.
