Relaxing beach vacation home ideally located near Johnsons Beach, perfect for enjoying sun-soaked days and exploring all Perdido in Pensacola has to offer. Conveniently located within 2.5 miles of Publix and Winn-Dixie. Less than 5 miles to beautiful Johnson's Beach. One mile from Big Lagoon State Park and less than 10 miles to the famous Flora-Bama! This charming house is close to all the wonderful things Perdido has to offer. Only 30 minutes to downtown Pensacola as well for a night out!
Three bedroom, two bath house. One bath is connected to master, second bathroom is shared by Bedrooms 2 and 3. Bedroom 2 has a private patio! There is a large den, separate sitting/game area, large eat in dining room with a fireplace and updated kitchen.
There is a large covered patio area with seating for 7+, as well as outdoor dining table. The backyard is fenced in and has a fire pit. There is also an attached two car garage for beach accessories or easy access to vehicles.
The house is located in Grand Lagoon in Perdido Key! This is a wonderful community that offers playground area, tennis courts, and access to a private beach area with a dock.
