Lovely home and a perfect location! Our family was in town for a wedding and it was just minutes from the venue downtown. The house was sparkling clean and beautiful. We had everything we needed and it was so quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Fishing Getaway

This is our second time staying at this home in less than 6 mths. We love the location and the house. Getting to P. Beach is quick allowing us more time on the water without our all the dang resort fees!

Friend trip

Great place we had 7 friends was able to get everyone accommodated for this trip clean within walking distance of a lot of things can see the wahoo stadium from the street overall great experience.

It was in a perfect spot for downtown Pensacola. The home was very clean and check in/checkout was very simple. Louis was very quick to respond and made the whole stay very easy. Thank you for the great birthday experience.

Memories with Grandparents

It was a fantastic home to stay in. It was myself, husband, 3 kids and my mother and father in law. The location was perfect! We walked to Gallery walk on Palafox and then again the next day for the farmers market. The hosts are absolutely the best! When I would ask a question they were quick to respond. We were looking for extra blankets (we failed to pack some) so when I messaged the hosts it was a quick reply that some would arrive in a day or two. Well it wasn't just one or 2 blankets but they made sure each bedroom was covered and sent extra pillows! Plus a snug blanket for couch!!!We did not bring our dogs this time, due to my in laws coming . But we are bringing them next time! There is plenty of space to set up a kennel or two and the back yard being fully fenced in will be great! The kids LOVED the house and made sure we knew it. We already booked our next stay here and seriously can NOT wait. I highly recommend this house!

Clean and comfortable

This may have been the cleanest Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in. Maybe because it seems to have been renovated (or built?) more recently but it was spotless. The main floor had more room than the pictures showed, which had an open floor plan with bar/island seating, an adorable breakfast nook and a large couch. The kitchen was fully stocked with coffee (kureg and pods), utensils, wine glasses, even a small toaster oven/air fryer.We initially booked it because we wanted to bring our puppy on this trip but realized that was a bad idea lol, but there was a cute, fenced in back yard that would have been perfect. Communication with the owner was great and we had zero issues with check in/check out. It’s centrally located and within walking distance of a fun local coffee shop, where the guys picked up breakfast for everyone. I have two negatives- 1.) it smelled like a sweet chemical air freshener. I didn’t take off any stars because no one else was bothered by it, but if you’re really sensitive like me, you may want to pass. 2.) We wished there were king beds. Both couples had difficulty sleeping as we were all used to larger beds. But I wouldn’t take off stars for this either because we knew this when booking, as the listing clearly states what kind of beds are in every room. Overall, excellent stay- would definitely recommend.
