Picture perfect

We decided to go to a place we’ve never been before and we were not disappointed with our decision. The host was super communicative and made our stay so very comfortable. The place was immaculate and in a great location. We would not hesitate recommending the place to family and friends. We would also definitely stay longer next time.

One of the nicest places we have ever stayed! Beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by nature. We spent most of our vacation in the outdoor space birdwatching and looking at the mountains. The place has everything you could want. We will absolutely be back.

The view was spectacular with nice viewing seating areas, the fire pit area especially! And I really appreciated all the amenities from each shower being stocked with shampoo & body wash to the kitchen being stocked with basic spices and supplies (baggies, foil, seran wrap). Such a small thing but huge when we are away from home and just need a little bit. The place was so well appointed reflecting the local area - we loved it! I would rent again from this company for sure. Thanks!

This property is very clean and also pet friendly. Everything you could possibly need is there and everything is labeled so it is easy to settle in. The communication with the owners was excellent. Great house in a quiet neighborhood but close to stores, restaurants and Sabino Canyon. We would stay here again. Our dog also enjoyed her stay!

Perfect home away for 6!

We stayed here for a wedding at hacienda del sol. It was the perfect location and handled all six of us great. My niece said “these folks have thought of everything you might need”. Firepit, phenomenal back yard and spectacular views!!

Picture Perfect!

We have stayed at a number of the Vacay in Tucson properties...and they just keep getting better and better. The Foothills Oasis provides the perfect balance of being close enough to things that you're not driving forever, yet you feel peacefully secluded as you watch the sunset, take in the Catalina mountains, and stargaze by the firepit. All of Jenn and Jon's properties are beautifully designed, well-equipped, and amply stocked. Throughout our stay, we kept talking about how this is the kind of place we could see ourselves living in the future. We can't wait to book our next trip to a Vacay in Tucson property!!!

It doesn't get better than this!

Copper Burro was our second rental with Vacay in Tucson, with the 3rd already booked for 2027 (our first was for a couple days at Casa Alpenglow – a spectacular property in Oro Valley). Jenn is a very helpful and responsive owner/manager. Her rentals make her seem like the interior designer and the hospitality executive for a luxury brand like the Ritz Carlton. She just knows how to please and pamper her guests. The two homes we rented were the cleanest we have ever experienced in a rental. Additionally, they are the most comfortably and attractively furnished; as if you were in the luxurious home of a thoughtful friend with great taste. The beds very comfortable and the linens truly high quality. The Copper Burro kitchen is fully equipped for serious cooking—over my 25 years of renting homes, I've never encountered a rental with such excellent equipment. The home has many thoughtful touches from labeled light switches and instructions posted exactly where you need them to a great app with detailed info on every appliance. Copper Burro is beautiful indoors and out. Over coffee in the mornings, we were torn between sipping as we stood looking out to the Tucson mountains or sitting outside and staring up at the Santa Catalinas. We loved watching the sunset and the stars from the Adirondack chairs around the gas fireplace. You cannot go wrong renting this place.
