Summer vacation with friends

We had a great week at this house despite some rainy weather! 4 adults and 7 kids, and the house had plenty of room for all of us (much bigger than it appears in the photos!). When the weather cleared up we made use of all the water toys and spent lots of time in the water and on the dock. Thanks for a great week!

Perfectly peaceful.

Our family stayed at Castaways to celebrate our parents 60th anniversary, and we could not have asked for a better experience. The home is beautiful and located in a very quiet and peaceful area. There isn’t much close by as far as stores or restaurants so we came stocked with everything we needed for the weekend. . The space is Large, nicely laid out and very fresh and new. Each bedroom was very nice and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and had plenty of dining space for the 10 of us. The living space was also spacious. The lake views are stunning and we enjoyed our days on the water fishing, swimming and kayaking. Our group also enjoyed yard games and cooking on the outdoor grill. In the evening we made good use of the fantastic game room playing pool, foosball and Air hockey while watching sports on the big screen tv. When we had a question the management company was quick to reply and was helpful. They provided great communication with clear and easy checking and check out instructions. We really have no complaints and will definitely be back again.

The Lake house was nice, clean and comfortable. Great covered patio over looking the lake . It was nice having a boat launch on the property , but the property was unkept looking , it has a very large dog cage sitting there as you walk to the dock . The landscaping was overgrown, things like that should be taken care of each week for the guest . Our biggest issue was its listed as a 5 bedroom, but its really a 4 bedroom , There are two rooms upstairs that are very small (closet size) no closets, no windows ) one did have a small dresser .They had bunk beds in them , but you wouldn't want little kids to stay up there by themselves , too small for most adults. The game room upstairs is nice has several games to play & Tv area . Over all a nice house , but it should be listed as a 4 bedroom.
