Our home features a charming design with a welcoming front porch, back deck and screened in upper level porch off the master bedroom, ideal for enjoying the summer breezes and relaxing after a day of exploring the Lake Erie Islands or Cedar Point.

Inside, you'll find an open floor plan with hardwood floors and granite countertops, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The home is equipped with modern amenities, including a well stocked kitchen, central heat and air conditioning, ceiling fans and fireplace ensuring your comfort year-round.

There's plenty of room for family and friends to gather and create lasting memories with a large kitchen/dining/living room area. The home comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests with 3 cozy queen beds, a twin over full bunk bed and twin trundle.

Located just steps away from the pool, pickleball/tennis courts and health center, as well as the community's beaches, parks, and recreational activities, this home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. Enjoy weekly entertainment at Hoover Auditorium, explore onsite shops, or simply unwind on the porch with a good book. Be sure to take in the breathtaking sunsets over the lake.
