The house was great! Clean and modern. When we first arrived we noticed the coffee maker did not work, so we reached out and the owners had a new one sent the next morning. However, we had a plumbing issue, and it took 24 hours to get it resolved leaving us with one bathroom for 6 people. There were also not enough wash cloths for all of us either.

Water leaking

Newer flip feeling without a homey character. Missing or broken small appliances. We had a water leak in bathroom and owner wanted us to troubleshoot. If you can find a better spot, it’s worth it to keep looking

This guest was extremely unprofessional. During her stay, this guest reported a minor water leak that I promptly addressed the following day, respecting her privacy since it was already late at night. Rather than acknowledging our timely response, she contacted VRBO seeking compensation and later left this negative review when no payment was provided. I want to stress that the property was in excellent condition throughout her visit—her complaints appeared to be driven solely for personal gain than in a genuine concern for property care. I strongly advise against renting your property to this guest.
