The property was in a good location, in a nice, quiet neighborhood and close to ND. The owner was good to deal with, would stay there again.

Thank you, Trisha, for your thoughtful review. I’m glad you found our house’s location convenient and enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood. I’d love to host you again and appreciate your feedback as we continue to improve.
We had some trouble accessing the property at the start, but once that was resolved things went very smoothly and the host was very communicative. The property is great and centrally located. The beds were extremely comfortable, which is important to me because I have back issues. We would definitely consider staying there again.
The outside garbage cans needed to be taken out well before we got there. The smell was overwhelming. No shampoo or body wash in the shower Only 7 forks for a property that advertises for 10 people. Overall, the property was clean, but definitely could have been more properly stocked. The host communicated very well and was pleased with his response time. Overall, it was an ok experience.
Great place to stay for the weekend. Had everything we needed including a high chair. The pool table is a miniature one but was still super fun to use. Didn't get a chance to use the fire pit in the back but that's an awesome amenity as well. Austin was super easy to communicate with and very prompt to respond. If I have to stay in South Bend again would love to use his property for sure!
We were in town for one night to see my son’s last show of his bands tour. Perfect location, close to the concert venue, and enough beds to sleep all of us!
Perfect house for a group trip, and in a great neighborhood! Quick drive to ND. Plenty of board games, the fire pit is nice and cozy, and the pool table was a hit. Austin was very responsive and made our stay even better. Thank you!
Perfect location in a charming neighborhood. We were visiting our daughter at Notre Dame for a football game. We had a couple of maintenance issues that we could work around. We alerted Austin and he planned to have them taken care of after we checked out. Nothing major. The coffee bar was great and the recliners in the living room were dreamy. We also found the beds to be very comfortable.

The location of this property was perfect for a visit to ND. The overall bedrooms were fine, but the carpet in the living room was really dirty and stained, and the rug on top was old and frayed. Many dishes in the kitchen were dirty, but were put away in the cabinets. There were a couple of chairs around the kitchen table that were broken, and one of the end tables leg fell off when we tried to move it. Overall, the house has a lot of potential, but just needs a deep cleaning and new carpets. The host is very responsive.
