This was a very clean, spacious property with the best ocean views. When the enormous sliding doors are opened, the lanai directly connects with the indoor living area. There’s nowhere better to have your breakfast (or any other meal) and enjoy the beautiful Hawaiian air than the lanai! The owner has adequate kitchen and dining ware, although some cookware could use a refresh. We also appreciated the plentiful outdoor gear including beach chairs, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, sand toys and more! The Beach Villas are perfectly located next to a Ko Olina lagoon— perfect for swimming and snorkeling.

Great Getaway

We had a great stay at our Ko Olina condo. The pools were great, nice little beach bar and great beaches. The beaches in this area are man made lagoons, so you don't really get the waves for boogie boarding or anything like that, but it is great for family playing in the water and throwing the football around! We really enjoyed our stay.

A Luxurious Retreat

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Beach Villas and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for an unforgettable experience. The villa offered spacious rooms and the lanai overlooking the ocean and mountains was breathtaking. The unit could use grilling supplies and more spice options. The pool and outdoor areas were surrounded by lush greenery and was the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the tranquility of the surroundings.

Really nice

We had a great stay! The views from this villa were amazing and beach chairs/toys/snorkels were a nice touch. We saw two turtles while snorkeling right off the beach! Beach and pools are lovely here. Villa is nice and has everything you need. Our only minor issue was the association has some funny rules resulting in a few “love notes” from management for things like visible beach toys on the balcony or parking not exactly within white lines…and getting told to have our kids be quiet at one of the pools…but overall this did not detract from a wonderful stay, and we would come back.

Beautiful home

We really enjoyed the home! Beautiful views and comfortable beds. Some areas weren’t clean - dust behind doors, mildew on the shower curtains, but overall it was great. There was no high chair even though it was in the listing. The handle fell off the kitchen faucet but was quickly fixed. We also experienced the air conditioner not working for one full afternoon but maintenance was again very helpful. Over all we loved our stay and would recommend the place to anyone.

Beautiful and Clean

This was the best, cleanest property I've ever stayed at! Our family loved staying here and the view was excellent. The beds were comfortable and Avant was very easy to get information from. Would highly recommend it to everyone.
