Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $30/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!
Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons). Student groups, spring break and events such as weddings, receptions, etc. are not permitted. Yes, dogs (only) are allowed with a pet fee of $150.00 per dog (2 dog,35lb limit) Linens (Bath towels, beach towels & bed sheets) provided Check-In: 4:00 pm Check-out: 10:00 am 1/2 mile to the beach (5-7 minute walk down Demere Rd) No garage access. General parking is available across from the townhouse. No garage access. Golf carts, Trailers, Campers, RV, Boats, etc. parking is not permitted. Minimum Age Requirement of 25 years of Age to Rent the Property.
Inside, you'll find a warm and welcoming atmosphere with pool views that set the tone for a relaxing stay. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and a 36" HD TV, while the additional guest rooms include a bunkroom with two bunk beds, a queen bedroom, and a downstairs bonus sleeping area featuring a twin-size day bed that converts to a queen size bed sleeping two people, each equipped with a 36" HD TV for entertainment.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Gather around the dining table for meals, or unwind in the spacious living room after a day of exploring the island.
Step outside to enjoy the outdoor seating area or take a dip in the community pool right next to the condo. Additional conveniences include air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer to make your stay even more comfortable.

The unit was in the corner, which was very nice with extra windows and had ample comfortable seating for everyone to hang out. Everything was as advertised, and it was very welcoming and easy to communicate with the owners! Very close proximity to anything you’d want to do especially the wonderful beach!

Everything they say is true - great location to walk to the village for dinner or the beach for a morning walk. They home has lots of space for sleeping and for storage. We stayed a month and loved the use of the dressers and closets. Having a laundry especially for an extended stay was priceless. We felt totally at home. The kitchen had a wide variety of dishes and cooking pans - and a wonderful pantry area next to the stairway that allowed us a place to store extra paper and canned goods. I hated to leave. Neighbors were friendly and the pool next door made it so easy to enjoy lounging in the sun just steps from the condo.
