Lovely house but had a few issues

It was a great house and studio and met the description. However the house not cleaned when we arrived at check in. In addition, there were elm bugs in bedrooms including a few in beds. When shared with property manager they dismissed as no big deal and something to be expected.

There was cleaner schedule issue and for that I truly apologize. I do wish that you had also mentioned that the cleaner was at the property almost immediately after you notified us. As far as the elm bug, it is a small native non-poisonous outside bug that does live in the Moab area. They can slip into a house pretty quickly even if a door is left open for a minute or two. Since it is local bug we did not make it into a big deal and I’m sorry if that response was not what you wanted.
