I was surprised by your one-star review, especially since the guest before you had no issues at all. None of these concerns were reported during your stay — had you reached out, I would have resolved them immediately. Leaving such a low rating after checkout without giving me the chance to fix anything is not fair to the home or the service I provide. I remain committed to fast communication and making sure future guests have a great stay.

Hi John Thank you for your review. I’m sorry your stay fell short of what you expected. We take pride in keeping our property clean and well-maintained. Before every guest arrival, our housekeeping team thoroughly cleans the property, and I personally review photos of every room — including all bedding — to confirm everything meets our standards. I did not see a soiled comforter in the photos, so this was surprising to hear. However, none of the issues you mentioned — the soiled comforter, sticky kitchen table, or bathtub drainage — were brought to our attention during your stay. We monitor our messages closely and are always ready to resolve problems quickly when guests let us know right away. Had we been informed at any point of your stay, we could have addressed and corrected everything immediately. Unfortunately, without any communication from you, we had no opportunity to make things right. We will be following up with our cleaning team regarding these concerns and will have the bathtub drainage checked as a priority as no one has mentioned drainage issues before. I’m sorry to hear your experience wasn’t 100%. It’s very rare that you found it too loud outside I have 4 properties in that area and everyone likes how peaceful it is. In regards to toilet brush that is not an item I have in any property as no one want to use someone else’s toilet brush, that’s what housekeeping does. Dish towels are not provided just paper towels.
