One self-contained room upstairs + private full Bathroom, kitchenette, living room & 1 private bedroom.
Very self-contained & private from the owner's space. Sparkling clean. No separate entry but once you are upstairs you have everything you need.
Complementary refreshment bar stocked with coffee and tea, bottled water and snacks. Guest must be able to climb a flight of stairs to access the apartment. We do have dogs in the back yard, they do not have access to the upstairs apartment.

Really cool property

The hosts have a great property in a great location and I highly recommend it. The bed was extremely comfortable and it’s a great spot overall for a weekend, and it’s within easy walking distance to everything in Fredericksburg

It was clean and comfortable but was not aware owners live onsite and someone could be heard walking around constantly around 4 in the morning. Made it uneasy to fall asleep thinking someone would walk up to our room.
