Location Location Location!! The Views are Fantastic!! Quarterdeck Beachfront Condo! Absolutely beautiful first floor unit that has spacious living, dining, and kitchen areas all with fabulous ocean views. The condo's bedrooms are made up of First is a primary ensuite bedroom with a king bed and walk in shower. A second bedroom with a king. The third bedroom with 2 traditional sets of bunkbeds (twin over twin)(not pictured). Those two rooms share a hallway bathroom that has a tub. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for additional overnight guests. Elevator access from the ground level for your convenience. Assigned parking under the building for 3 cars! This is truly a premier property!! Owner provided 6 Beach Tags (not guaranteed) TVs are Streaming. Also There is a Side yard shared for tenant use– it is a private grass area that is good for kids after beach.
Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.
Off Season Weekends are Available
