About this property
Charming, Quiet Oasis near French Quarter
Welcome to your quiet oasis in the historic Esplanade Ridge area. Brand new, private luxury suite featuring plenty of space and wonderful backyard. Located in between the French Quarter and City Park, enjoy the many wonders of New Orleans, while returning here each night for a relaxing and easy stay. 20 foot ceilings, beautiful pine floors, and deep soaking tub are complemented by brand-new appliances, including washer/dryer. 20min walk to the Fairgrounds for Jazz Fest!
The space is 535 sq ft and feels like a one bedroom apartment. There is a bathroom, bedroom, and living/kitchen area. All the rooms are very spacious with plenty of closet and storage space. The backyard is a wonderful, relaxing space and it is shared as our parking spot is located there as well. While guests most likely will not run into our harmless scruffy dog, we would not recommend the place for anyone with a major fear or dislike of dogs. :)
This home also features elegant blackout curtains, crisp 100% cotton percale sheets, and a fluffy West Elm comforter for maximum comfort during your stay.
