This was a wonderful stay for me. The host greeted me at the door and had a parking place all staked out and labeled. It's clean, spacious and all around perfect.The owners invited me to their other house for a "Midsummer Mardi Gras Parade" that was small and at the end of Augusr but loads of fun. All in all, I had a terrific stay.

We absolutely loved our stay in this charming New Orleans shotgun house! The home was spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and full of authentic New Orleans character, including beautiful antiques that made the space feel special and unique.The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which was wonderful after a day of exploring the city. The house had everything we needed, including a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and an extra-large bathtub that was such a treat.Brad our host was fabulous—was so accommodating., warm, , responsive, and genuinely interested in making sure we had a great stay. Can't say enough nice things about him. The location was also perfect for enjoying some amazing New Orleans food. One of our favorite finds nearby was Superior Seafood, especially their half-price oyster happy hour from 4:00–6:30 p.m.A beautiful, comfortable home with true New Orleans charm. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Everything was great. Location, communication excellent. Couldn’t get any TVs to work. Maybe user error but none of us could lol Would recommend having laundry pods ;)

Great place to stay. Clean, good amenities , convenient parking and close to the street car. Host communicated when property was available (earlier than check in time ) and reminded us to reach out if we needed anything. We did not need to reach out because we had everything we needed. The washer dryer was a nice bonus since I was coming from a work trip. Hope to stay here again.

A very comfortable property in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The duplex was immaculate and well appointed. The owner has the communication and check-in/out process perfected. A 45-minute streetcar ride to Canal St. A parking space in front of the property. We would most definitely stay here again. Excellent stay.
