Beautifully decorated and immaculate one level house with 2 bedrooms - both with Queen beds + Den with office. 2 full baths. Great room, dining area, large kitchen with granite. Screened, glassed and air conditioned sunroom with queen sleeper. Renters Primary bedroom has an en-suite bath. 3rd bedroom is a Den - set up as a home office/TV/reading room that seats 6 (no bed). Guest bedroom and office/den on opposite side of the house from renters primary bedroom. Tons of closets and dresser drawers. Large capacity washer & dryer in its own room. 2 car garage. Lovely landscaping and totally private, walled & gated backyard. Walkable to the beach. This property is a true home away from home and therefor much nicer than most rental properties. Check out my reviews that received 5 stars from EVERY renter. Heated Olympic pool, lighted tennis & pickleball courts, basketball, hot tub - all at the end of the street. A great rental

The condo is in wonderful condition..well stocked kitchen for anyone who cooks.. New grill outside which owner bought when we requested a better one.. Very peaceful area outside on patio.. Beautifully landscaped..

GOOD TIMES IN JUPITER

We rented the home for March 2015 and were extremely pleased.Everything you need is there,nice furnishings and all the equipment you need including deck chairs and sun shades for the beach.We split our time between the terrific beach and the local pool just 5 minutes away.Publix is around the corner and there are lots of great restaurants in the area.We found the owner very helpful and we will be returning there next year.

Wonderful Home/Location

My husband and I rented this property from March 13 through April 27, 2014. We arrived at the designated time and were met by the owner who was lovely and spent quite a bit of time showing us around and explaining systems. Her home is well appointed, comfortable and beautifully maintained. The location is perfect…walking distance to pool, beach, shopping, and Yoga. You can walk or ride a bike for miles all around the immediate area. Best of all, EVERYTHING you could possibly need is within a 10/15 minute drive. If your rent this home…you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful Jupiter Beach Home!

The house is just as pictured, beautiful. We had a wonderful time there. The house had everything we needed. We cooked many dinners in and cooked out on the grill as well. We relaxed in the evenings on the sun porch, which was very comfortable. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The owner was very easy to work with. To our surprise the electric bill was very reasonable, especially for a summer month! There was a community pool which was very refreshing after a day on the beach. All in all, this was a wonderful vacation! I would highly recommend this house.

First Class Rental

We have rented in Florida for a number of years and this home is the cleanest we have ever rented. The owner was great to work with. This truly is an owners home that is cared for rather than just a rental property. The location in Jupiter is convenient to good restaurants, golf courses, and within walking distance to the beach. The Bluff Ridge development has a good community pool and tennis courts within a short walk from the home. The rooms in the house are good size and the covered lanai plus the professionally landscaped patio was a real treat. We will definitely keep this home in mind as a place to stay when we return to Jupiter, Florida.

Extremely nice rental

This home is extremely well equipped and furnished. If anything, the pictures do not adequately capture the quality of the furnishings. We have rented frequently through VRBO and the furnishings and kitchen equipment far exceeded anything we have found at any other rental. The landscaping is very nice, and creates an extremely comfortable environment for outdoor relaxation. We were very satisfied with the neighborhood tennis/swimming facility. Even in February, the well maintained hard-courts were readily available. My wife is an avid lap swimmer, and she was delighted with the pool and its arrangement. The owner is superb -- a leak from our car damaged her paver driveway. She was business-like, and more than fair, is working out the repairs and compensation. I think this is really important. Rentals are easy when there are no problems, but when something goes wrong it is extremely nice to know that you are dealing with someone who is honest and fair. For those of your not familiar with Jupiter, the home is (roughly) a 20-25 minute walk, 8-10 minute bike ride, or 3-5 minute car ride from a terrific public beach. We were delighted with our rental, would happily rent again, and highly recommend this home to other renters.

Everything about this residence exceeded our expectations! This home was fantastic and we really enjoyed our stay there. It was super clean and beautiful . I would stay at this house again in a heartbeat. The home owner was so helpful and kind. She made the trip even better. I can't say enough about this property and the home owner!
