Cabin was in perfect location for Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Spectacular views. Clean and spacious. We would stay there again. Recommend going to SMO rafting and Wildside for UTV tour. Myron Mixon and Ole Red both had very good food. Daiquiri Shack bar & gill good atmosphere, food not bad and great cold drinks!

Overall we had a wonderful stay. The views were nice. Each bedroom had a bathroom. Good location right between Gatlinburg and pigeon forge. Our gps lead us astray the first attempt to get to the cabin. But we found it on the second attempt. But very clean and spacious.

Cabin in the Mountains

Easy check in. Very clean and as posted pictures. Plenty of space and GREAT views of the mountains. Steep roads up, but paved and no issues. Make sure you use Waze for directions as Google Maps took us to a wrong location. Would stay again!

First of all, the cabin was crazy to find! Our GPS wanted to take us over a private road, but our friend with us knew the area, so we were okay. We laughed like crazy over the winding road taking us to the cabin. Our first impression upon entering was how clean the cabin was! Call me crazy, but I carry disinfectant wipes and wipe down all solid surfaces. Not a spec of dust anywhere! The floors were dust free. The hot tub was very clean too.The bathroom towels were soft, fluffy and white. Only one suggestion would be to have a couple of hand towels. I’m sure there was a reason why there weren’t any. We made do because there were plenty of towels available. The Grand Welcome hospitality kits were a nice touch. Lovely fragrance! Two coffee packets were provided and I was glad about that. I thought there would be a single cup brewer and brought Kcups from home. The kitchen was well stocked with a variety of glasses, mugs, dishes, etc. I might add a few more dish towels, because we washed our cups and glasses by hand. Plenty of paper towels were provided for our short stay.The outdoor views are amazing! We spent so much time on the deck watching the view from high up in the trees. I really want to come back to this cabin when the leaves change! Grand Welcome is phenomenal! They do a wonderful job managing this property. And the customer service employees are so polite.Thank you for providing us with a wonderful experience! We want to come back!

Very old and outdated furniture. The house is in bad shape. DirectTV did not work. Bugs and insects all over the cabin, including bedding. Would not recommend to anyone
