With 2 full bathroom, one with a bathtub, a quite master bedroom with a connecting full bath you’ll have all the conveniences of home.

Enjoy modern amenities such as heating, central air conditioning, WiFi, a washing machine and dryer to make your stay effortless. Watch beautiful sunsets over the river and boats slowly cruising bye from either outside seating or in the enclosed porch. Don't be surprised to see ducks and geese swimming or fish jumping. The recently remolded kitchen and living room provide multiple views of the river and great lighting from the multiple skylights in each room. For boating enthusiasts, the property offers the convenience of docking with power hook-up, allowing you to keep your boat in the water. Take in the scenic 12-minute boat ride out to Saginaw Bay, or easily launch your boat or jet ski from the nearby DNR launch, just a half-mile away.

The house is perfectly located near public beaches reachable by either boat or car, a city park with a splash pad for your children, and 20 minute drive to Tawas if you are interested in boutique shops.

The house was very clean, nicely decorated and has very spacious bedrooms. The kitchen was very nice and well stocked with anything you might need. The location was perfect, close to town and access to the water. We were able to dock our boat right at the sea wall, which made easy access for fishing. The fishing was great!

Au Gres / Fushing outing

Accommodations were perfect for our group of 4 fishermen. Home owner was a great help and made sure we had everything we needed. It’s the little things that make a difference, and everything you needed was supplied. Great view of the river and very relaxing.Restaurants close by and great food. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Fishing was great as well as the weather.

We love the access to the water and the lake. We enjoy watching the ducks and geese swimming and the boats slowly cruising the water way.

What makes this property unique

The property offers a large yard for activities if you are not enjoying the water activities. You can kayak or paddle board the river very easily from this location. The neighborhood is very quite and easily accessible from the US23.
