What a wonderful place to stay. The host was great and so helpful. With the hot tub, fire pit, and king size bed it was perfect for a nice romantic weekend for my wife and I. We will definitely be coming back.

The King’s Quarters is an excellent place to stay!! It is clean and great for anyone trying to get easy access to the parks around. If I had one note, I would say the actual location of Colorado City is not the best, there were people riding loud dirt bikes til 10-11pm and one of the neighbors leaves their dogs out to bark about the same time :( If I could take this little guest house and plop it in another city I would, because the locale is seriously dragging it down. However, if you’re staying from 1-3 nights, it’s definitely more tolerable. We had a longer stay and the noises got to us more I think because of that! The actual home itself is clean, cozy, and a nice stay for a couple :)

This cottage was an amazing place to stay! Not only was it clean and the hot tub was a great way to end the day, it was centrally located for everything we wanted to see and do. The drives to Zion and Page from here were easy and beautiful. The town itself is fun, and you can see the changes. Richard was a great host, and it was nice to meet him when we arrived...he has some amazing plans for the location! We can't wait to come back!

This rental exceeded my expectations. Owner was friendly and accommodating. Everything you could need was available to me and the place was clean. I would highly recommend anyone on a solo trip in the area to stay at The Kings Quarters. I will be back if I plan another trip to the Zion NP area.

We loved the location, the hot tub, the shower -- the bed was a bit soft, but the bedding and sheets were very nice. It was quiet and safe and just perfect for the 2 of us! the town is quaint, and we can't wait to return!!

The whole place was spotless, the bed was super comfortable annd the hot tub was a great time after long hikes. Our truck broke down as soon as we arrived and the host came out within 10 minutes to help us get it back up and running.
