This newly renovated condo features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a prime location just two blocks from the beach and boardwalk. Enjoy brand-new floors, updated bathrooms, and fresh paint throughout. Relax on one of two decks with stunning views of the weekly Friday Night Fireworks during the summer. The primary suite offers a plush king bed and a private en-suite bath. -Just over one block from the beach and boardwalk, near Wildwood`s dining and entertainment district. Nearly everything is within walking distance.
-The premises are not available to “groups” or persons under the age of twenty-five (25), except for families traveling with children. Under no circumstances do we rent to prom groups, senior week guests, or any other type of non-family groups consisting of guests under 25.
-This a second floor unit so steps are required.
-The garage is a shared space with two assigned spots for this unit. The spaces can accommodate full-sized trucks and SUVs; however, some guests with larger vehicles have found them tight or difficult to maneuver. If needed, we can recommend safe nearby areas with free parking.
-Primary guests must sign a lease agreement and provide a copy of a government-issued ID.
-We do not accept pets at this location.
-Linens and towels are not provided. You must bring your own or ask us about renting them from a local company that will drop them off and pick them up directly at the unit.
