The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Enjoy the captivating view overlooking 15th hole of the golf course in your private 4 seasons sunroom. Professionally cleaned! Beautiful penthouse 3 bedroom/ 3 bath condo immaculately kept with an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings and overlooking the golf course. Main floor has formal dining, beautiful tile and hardwood, enclosed sunroom with TV, wet bar, and pull-out sofa sleeper and a gorgeous view of the golf course. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on main floor with the 3rd bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Our renovated Penthouse condo has room for 11. (max 8 adults 3 kids) the master has a king bed and a memory foam for a child. 2nd bedroom has 1 queen, 3rd bedroom has 2 queens, and the sunroom has a softa sleeper pulled out as a queen bed.
6 miles to SDC and 4 miles the other way to Branson Landing. Amazing Penthouse Getaway, Golf Course w/ Indoor Pool available year-round and outdoor pool access in the summer. A few blocks away from the main strip with Grocery store and Walmart only 1 mile away. Close to attractions including being a few blocks from the new Aquarium, Very central location to get to the downtown Branson landing and other major attractions. Multiple large flat screen TV's, Smart TVs for Netflix viewing, high speed internet with 5G WIFI.
Access year-round to indoor pool. Close to an indoor waterpark as well.
There is ONE flight of stairs to go up to the property.

As you get ready to return home tomorrow, we wanted to remind you of a few things. Your check out time tomorrow is 10am. Before you leave, we ask that you please do the following things:
*Start a load of towels in the washer before you go. Place laundry pod into the washer LAST. *Please do NOT wash pool towels with bath towels. *Leave all used sheets ON the beds in the bedroom.
*Place dirty dishes into the dishwasher, add pod and start it. *Take trash out to the dumpster to the left of the garages. *The check out time is 10am. Late fees will be applied after 10am.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We loved our stay! Condo was wonderfully equipped with everything we needed, and generously stocked with essentials. I’m used to ‘emergency start up’ VRBO’s with 2 dishwasher pods, 1trash bag, and very limited coffee, etc.. This place had everything, welcoming decor, comfort, space for everyone, and location!! Host was also amazingly generous with a silly request, can’t thank them enough. We’re already looking forward to our next stay!!Highly recommend!!

Would definitely recommend staying here…. we had everything we needed to start our stay. It’s in a great location with a grocery store and walmart just minutes away for any added needs. The view from the sunroom overlooks the golf course. Our host was quickly available if needed for questions and also had a Christmas tree with white lights in the living room which made us feel even more at home. Will rent from this host again.

We very much enjoyed our spring break stay in this property. Very spacious and clean, and centrally located. We also found the beds to be very comfortable, which is a big plus. Communication with the owners was excellent and we received unbelievably quick responses.

We had a fantastic time. Thisbwas our 6th Dad and Daughter trip. Five daughters and Dad who is 93. The place was quiet and easy for an wnergetic 93 year old. Therebwere 17bsteps and Dad took em stride lol. We loved our stsy and plan to come back.Thanks for a great vacation.

Mothers Day Getaway.

Our place was very clean, had great amenities, towels, soap, coffee etc. We enjoyed having the sunroom, lots of space for 4 people. Great location, minutes away from all the attractions, but just enough out of the way. Florentina’s is right across the street, a couple of mini golf courses are also within walking distance. Parking can be tricky sometimes. Overall awesome place to stay!

Host was very timely in response. One issue was pool entry BUT was resolved timely as it was a code change issue by Thousand Hills...not the host. Other was changing from AC to heat....text the host and they switched it over quickly. Besides messaging info from host, there is also a notebook--so no one should be confused about the stay. Was grateful for being able to fix meals and do laundry. Grandkids loved the pool accessibility. Lots of game options...but be aware that some are more "adult" than "kid" friendly....so use your parental control common sense and look before approving. It's just so nice to have a home setting....it allows family time. This was a part of our grandkids birthday/Christmas present for 2025....once again....great memories made.

We have visited Branson every since we were kids. The Allen family decided to purchase a Condo and share it with others I hope you enjoy our Condo and make memories like we have that will last a lifetime.

Why they chose this property

It was all about the location and the view of the Golf Course. Major attractions in each direction from here. Silver Dollar City to the west, Table Rock Lake to the south, Branson landing to the east and two blocks North is the Branson strip with all shows and other attractions right around the corner. The condo is close to the main attractions but not right on the main strip. Did we mention you could walk to Florentina's Ristorante Italiano if you don't want to drive anywhere. The indoor pool across the street provides year around entertainment. The Aquarium is also right around the corner from your stay. Oh, we also liked the layout of the Condo to give everyone room to spread out after a long day.
