This house is located steps to the beach and only a 5 minute walk to Beachmont station, that will take you right into Downtown Boston.
Easy access to airport by train/walking (30 mins) and by car (10 mins).

There is a Target and shopping center about a 20 minute walk from the house.

There will be 4 queen sized beds.
2 in one bedroom.
Then 1 in each..
There will also be a sleeper couch that sleeps 2 people comfortably. We will provide blankets and pillows for couch

The house is spacious and clean and was a wonderful place to accommodate the 10 people we needed to house for a night after a full day of activities on Boston.

My family and I needed a larger place to stay for a night, and this place was perfect for what we needed! It was clean, had enough room for us, and Erasmo was the perfect host, very communicative and made sure we were happy! If we come back this way again next year, we will be sure to stay here again if it's available.

Just had a little snafu with check. Provided incorrect check in. Sent incorrect property instructions. Took an extra hour to check in. If I wasn’t attending my granddaughter’s wedding it wouldn’t have been a big deal. It just added stress to the day.

Nice quiet residential neighborhood. Barely heard folks in the separate other half of the house. A little spartan, but had the necessities. Housekeeping was very clean; there was mold in the bathroom from little ventilation - not a problem for most unless sensitive to it.
