Perfect space for guests looking to spend time at the beach and come home for a bite, shower, and sleep. Nice yard to grill out.

Residential neighborhood with kids playing around sometimes. 5 minute drive to the town beach, and blocks away from ice cream, coffee, and convenience stores, gas station, food market, liquor store, pharmacies, and more! Park and ride nearby if you have more than two vehicles.
