The house was just as listed and perfect for a stay with young kids. Check-in process and communication with Joe throughout the stay was great. Highly recommend the house and will be staying again when back in the area!

We had a great stay and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in early, which was a huge help. They were also kind enough to let us check out late since they didn’t have another guest arriving that day. Everything was easy and seamless from start to finish, and we really appreciated their flexibility and hospitality. Would definitely stay here again!

Great house. Plenty of rooms, plenty of space and the outdoor gas fire a pit was a big hit. Quiet neighborhood. Went here for a girls weekend away with 9 girls and everyone loved it. We had such a great time and the host were excellent. Helped whenever we needed it. Very nice hosts

This was the perfect place for us to celebrate a birthday get together with three generations of the family! The kids loved the back yard, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook, the space was lovely, and it was so nice to walk around the neighborhood or down to the water or take a quick drive to the block island ferry! Narragansett is beautiful and Joe and Katie are wonderful hosts-you can see the love and care they put into the home and were so helpful and communicative during our stay. Will definitely return here if we head back to the area!

We hosted a family gather here and loved it! Great access to all the area beaches, conveniences and restaurants. The backyard was great for the little ones too. Kitchen was nicely equipped and all the rooms super comfortable. Highly recommend this beautiful home.

Perfect stay for our family of 8, well appointed kitchen and large table, open floor plan, made it easy to prepare meals and dine together. Beautiful neighborhood too.

Joe and Kait are wonderful hosts—very communicative, helpful, accommodating—and the house is just as it looks in the pictures. It was a perfect house for our group of 10–6 adults, 4 kids—great comfortable space for hanging out, cooking and eating, and sleeping. It had everything we needed. We made great use of the entire space, the yard especially—soccer and football even though it was cold. It was the absolute perfect place to celebrate our family Thanksgiving, and we’d definitely do it again.

Lovely spacious home

Our stay at the Pottery Barn house was absolutely perfect. The house was very quaint, well appointed and spacious. The hosts were more than hospitable and very responsive. We throughly enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable. Smores by the fire pit was the perfect nightime topper!

We had a great stay - this house is beautiful. Families can gather together but also can find little quiet nooks to read a book or just have some quiet time. Kitchen is stocked w all you need and there are chairs and towels for the beach. Owners are very welcoming and flexible. Area is perfect - lots of great restaurants and beaches. We tried three restaurants from the book the owners provided - all were outstanding. Highly recommend!

Great home for multi-generational family stay

My wife and I, plus kids and grandkids were able to fit comfortably in this well appointed home. Large backyard and great proximity to beaches and venues in both Narragansett and Newport. Also, nice quiet neighborhood. We all really enjoyed our time here.

Our stay at The Pottery Barn House was absolutely exceptional. It exceeded every expectation we had and could not have been more perfect for our family during our daughter’s Naval officer graduation.We had eight people staying there, and the home was ideal for our group. Everyone had their own comfortable space, and the house itself was stunning, impeccably maintained, and beautifully furnished. Every detail felt thoughtful and intentional.Our family loves to cook, and the kitchen was one of the best-equipped we’ve ever experienced in a rental home. We made incredible dinners and huge omelet breakfasts with ease — everything we needed was there.We also fell in love with Narragansett — the peaceful walks by the water, the trails, and the charm of the entire area. We enjoyed easy day trips into Newport and loved exploring Wickford and the surrounding beaches as well. Every restaurant recommendation Joe gave us was fantastic.Joe was an outstanding host — incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and attentive. Anytime we needed anything, he responded within minutes.This was truly one of those rare vacations where everything was perfect. We made memories our family will cherish forever and cannot recommend this home highly enough. Absolute five stars all around.
