Great location for our family. Close enough to Metro stations to get around easily. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Kitchen table was great for family meals and board games.
Apartment was clean and the check in process was seamless. Great area, very close to bars, restaurants and cafes. We were able to navigate around Montreal efficiently from the location, Metro stop was an easy 10 minute walk.
The Apartment was amazing! Well cleaned, easy parking and access. The neighborhood was in the heart of the true city between Sherbrooke and Mont Royal. The VRBO owner was always available for any questions and more than happy to assist us in our needs. Would definitely recommend for anyone staying in the area!
1 Week in Montreal. This property is well situated in the Plateau district. 30 min walk to Old Montreal. A few blocks (10 min walk) to Orange line metro for access to points distant. Also many restaurants/shops within a 5-30 minute walk. Several streets are closed to auto traffic creating a nice pedestrian environment. Mount Royal Park is a brisk 5-10 minute walk. Allow 30 minutes to get to the Chalet Overlook each way.
The location to where we wanted to be (restaurants and shopping) was great. We used the host’s recommendation for a small parking garage within easy walking distance 25 a night. The apartment is large and clean. The beds and pillows were a little too hard for us but that is a matter of preference. Upstairs neighbors were loud one night pretty quiet the next but host cannot control that. The outside looked a little run down when we arrived so we were happy to see the inside was nice. Did not need to contact host while there but was in contact after and the communication was great. Would rent again.
