NEW unique cabin has a style all its own. Built from trees off the land, vintage and antique decor, with all the modern conveniences, rustic and designed for comfort. Enjoy a Nectar King size bed! washer/dryer and special designed shower from vintage tin and tiles. The name was chosen because we have flocks of wild turkey pass through daily and we provide corn for you to feed them if you choose. You may see , from a distance, deer, rabbits, squirrels , raccoons, opossums, fox and an occasional bear! Go play all day, come home and relax with a glass of wine while watching the wildlife and enjoying swinging chairs and porch rockers. One half mile from the Cullasaja River with great trout fishing. One half mile from The Whistle Stop Depot Antique Mall. Fifteen miles from Highlands and many great waterfalls and great hiking trails and 35 miles to the Cherokee Casino.
You may also purchase the decor if desired! A very restful and unique choice of cabins in the Franklin area!

Cabin was very clean, well equipped with everything needed, and spacious. Off the main road, very quiet. One night the area lost power. Host was very quick to let us know what was going on and supplied us with lights and a portable heater.

This place is amazing. The Hosts made sure that everything was perfect upon our arrival. The communication was outstanding, the cabin was immaculately clean, the location was just far enough away in the country but minutes to everything. The bed was the most comfortable we have slept on. This was a fantastic cabin! It’s new and the construction is really just perfect. The host did an amazing job on this property. It’s just as described but even better. The location is great and near a beautiful little river. We did waterfall tours Saturday morning very close to the cabin. A farm down the street with donkeys and just a beautiful setting in the woods. Lots of extra touches that we haven’t seen in other rentals. We cooked in the cabin and everything needed was there. Definitely a recommend spot.

Escape from the Hustle & Bustle

We fell in love with the cabin, location and the area! It was so peaceful and quiet. It's a cozy hideaway where time slows down. Charming inside and out. The hosts were amazing. If you are looking to get away from the city, look no further. We saw turkeys, deer and chipmunks right off our porch. We will be back.

This place is amazing!!! Perfectly placed between Highlands and Franklin. It’s a hikers paradise. The cabin is beautiful, new yet rustic, romantic, quiet and safe. The pictures don’t do it justice. The owners are awesome, kind and close if you need them. I feel lucky that we found it. Oh and you get to feed the wild turkeys. Great wildlife. Everything about this place is amazing. I could go on and on. Trust me it’s a gem!
