Why they chose this property
I liked it's closeness to the 'Foret' - Bois de la Cambre (the central park) with all its paths, hills, moats and giant lawns-- plus outdoor and the great restaurant: Chalet Robinson. I like the neighborhood overall-- the gardens and residences are mostly lovely and people are overall relaxed and friendly. It's convenient to good grocery stores and an open Market. It's both lovely and has easy access to move aruound Brussels, by car, bike, tram,bus, walking, scooting...
What makes this property unique
That's an easy one: the amazing sunlight! It struck me themoment I stepped in the door. Nice high ceilings, comfortable spaces, lovely bay windows. Wonderful light coming from both left (living room, kitchen - Ave des Grenadiers below, and from right: bedrooms, long balcony, entrance hall, bathroom and the courtyard behind. It's so convenient, comfortable and full of light, even when it's raining.
